Tricolour Facebook: Are we voting for Netneutrality!!!

As soon as Mark zuckerberg changed his profile picture to a tricolour , showing support for #digitalindia,there started a race for we indians changing our dp to the same.Anyone who clicked  fb.com/supportdigitalindia was getting his dp changed to
But there was a small glitch which we all skipped. Couple of Tech people went into the source code of this update.What we found was shocking, facebook was indirectly saving the pics and counting them for Net neutrality!!!!!!

Hackers news claims that the Html code was tracking and voting for Internet.org.
